Dear hurting mama, Be kind to yourself. Let the people around you hold space for you while you feel the things you feel.

Dear Mama, you aren’t defined by your grumpy days, your tired days, your depressed days, your anxious days, your angry days, your stressed days or your hurting days.

You are defined by the love that runs like blood through your veins; the love that will never run dry no matter how many times you fail.

You are enough.
